Brand Identity update and design projects for a mining industry recruitment company in Maitland, NSW Australia.
Work with mining services recruitment company Prospect Recruitment to update their identity, create document templates for Assessment centre work and marketing, rebuild their company website and create digital assets for their company identity within national job posting websites. Ideas and concepts were circulated and workshopped throughout each process to ensure we reached collective goals and that everyone felt empowered and that they had contributed.
Insprint undertook work for Prospect Recruitment to unify a Brand Identity for the company based on what they already had in the market place, but also to differentiate from their overarching group brand, Prospect Group. We were sensitive to the company’s position in the market and that effectively we were raising their existing profile and we did that through modifying colours and creating stylised logo and brand elements, and really then cementing that by helping to ensure that the modified brand elements worked their way into each part of the company collateral – from email footers to Assessment centre documents.
The challenges were really time based in these projects. From 2 aspects, firstly from a ‘speed to market’ point of view and also due to working remotely for these projects, but overall the work was always conducted efficiently, and the client relations were always positive and good communication was key. Dealing with companies like recruitment companies is often easy because everyone is fully aware of the importance of good clear communication.
Overall we raised the company profile of Prospect Recruitment. Creating comprehensive brand documentation and clean and accessible brand assets meant that their profile was raised and visually their profile reflected that of a class leading supplier that offers industry-leading professional services.
